September 2017 Sunvil Supper Club – Jordskokksuppe (Jerusalem artichoke soup)

Jerusalem artichokes, known as jordskokk in Norwegian, were first cultivated by the Native Americans as a food source. The earliest record of the Jerusalem artichoke in Norway was described in 1694. The Norwegian name jordskokk is an abbreviated version of jordartiskokk meaning  ‘soil artichoke’.

To download your recipe card, follow the instructions below:
